In the structure, the soft straight segment consists of Polyol composition, which makes TPU molecule a soft, flexible and winding characteristics. The hard segment consists of MDI and I.4-Butane Diol.
Rainthane is Hong Yi's TPU product name, and it adopts two-axis machine directly granulation and continuous process for the production. The rubber hardness is from a plastic similar nature of 60Shore to the engineering like nature of 74Shore D.
